Delivery and Return Policy

1. Delivery Conditions

At Koyuncu Farm, we place great importance on delivering fresh products in a timely and secure manner. Your orders are delivered under the following conditions:

• Preparation Time: Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days. This may vary depending on rural or remote areas.
• Shipping Company: Orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo.
• Delivery Days: Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday. Saturday deliveries depend on the logistics policy of the shipping company in your region.
• Damaged Packages: If the package is damaged upon delivery, a damage report must be obtained from the courier and shared with us immediately.

2. Cold Chain and Fresh Products

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, returns are not accepted for perishable items such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and cold-chain products. However, if the product arrives spoiled, bruised, or inedible, please contact us with a photo of the item as proof.

3. Return Conditions

For non-food products, the following return conditions apply:

• The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable products such as fresh food, vegetables, and fruits
• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged
• Items that are past their expiration date

5. Return Process

Once your return is approved and the item has been received, a quality check will be conducted. If the return is accepted, a refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
