Distance Sales Agreement

Effective Date: 02.06.2025

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded electronically between the BUYER and the SELLER, whose details are provided below, under the terms and conditions stated herein.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER via www.koyuncufarm.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Product Information

The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price, payment method, delivery details, and other relevant information regarding the product(s) are listed in the invoice and preliminary information form that the BUYER approved before placing the order.

4. Delivery and Invoice

The product(s) will be delivered to the address provided by the BUYER within the timeframe stated in the order. Unless otherwise specified, delivery costs belong to the BUYER. The invoice will be sent along with the product(s) or via e-mail.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without any justification and without penalty within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for perishable or short-dated products (e.g., fresh foods).
• Withdrawal notice must be sent to [email protected] via e-mail.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

• Products that are perishable or likely to expire quickly
• Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons
• Products that cannot be resold once opened

7. Return Process

Products must be returned in their original packaging and complete. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the SELLER will refund the product amount to the BUYER within 10 business days.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in the BUYER’s place of residence are authorized, within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.

9. Enforcement

By placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement. This agreement comes into effect at the moment it is electronically approved.
